1. Check Out Time is 11am.

2. You can check out late from 11am - 2pm for a 50% room rate fee, after 2pm, it becomes full price.

3. Taking a shower after checkout time (11am) come with a 50 baht fee which is payable at reception.

4. Feel free to leave your luggage at reception after checkout. Alternatively, there are lockers available for rent at reception for 20 baht per hour or 80 baht per day.

5. You need your own padlock for the under bed lockers. You can buy one at reception for 150 baht. We would highly recommend you use a padlock as we cannot take any responsible whatsoever in the case of theft of your personal possessions.

6. Self-service laundry is on the second floor past the showers. You will need 4 X 10 baht coins for the machine and 10 baht per 10 min for the dryer. You can get change at reception and washing powder can be also be purchased for 15 baht per pack which will be enough for one load.

7. If you wish to extend past your booked stay, please pay by 11am at reception on the morning of your normal checkout. Please note, however, the hostel reserves the right to deny extending if we are already fully booked for that day.

8. Deposit: Key - 100 baht. Towel - 200 baht. Both deposits are fully refundable upon return. Please do not take the towel outside of the hostel: additional fee for taking the towel outside the hostel is 200 baht.

9. Refund: We will need a 24 hour notice for any refunds. If you book for 5 nights but tell us on day 2 at 4 pm that you want to cancel the rest of the prepaid booking, you will only be refunded for the 4th and the 5th night. So be sure to tell us before 11am.  

10. Noise: We love our guests to have fun and socialize as much as possible at Pak Up Hostel: this is what we are all about. We have the Playground Bar or if you would prefer to drink quietly amongst friends, we have several social areas dotted all over the hostel. However, please be mindful of noise volume and be respectful towards neighbours and fellow (tired) backpackers by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:30pm. 

11. Visitors: You can bring visitors into the lobby area on the ground floor. But for your own safety, only hostel guests are allowed to go upstairs. It is strictly forbidden to bring visitors into the dorm rooms. Once you have checked out, you cannot go back into your dorm room for any reason. Please ask at reception if you forgot something in the dorm room.

12. Smoking: Smoking is permitted in all the open air terrace areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside dorm rooms, in bathrooms, or in the corridors outside the dorm rooms. 

13. House Keeping: Bed linen is changed between every guest checking out. If you are staying multiple nights, your bed linen can be changed, upon request at reception every 3 days. Please remove any of your personal belongings from the bed before house cleaning change your linen. A fee will be charged if you damage any linen.

14. Outside food and drink cannot be bought into the Playground Bar. Corkage 200 THB per bottle. We have a lobby minibar with a variety of drinks that can be purchased and consumed outside of Playground Bar.

15. No food or drink is to be consumed in the dorm rooms 

16. Wifi is free throughout the entire hostel. 

17. Air con is set at 23C which is how most people like it. Please be considerate when changing the temperature. Air con cannot, at any time, be switched off by guests. Air con is switched off by the hostel between the times of 12pm to 5pm everyday when everyone is out exploring.

18. Every shower has running hot water. If this is not the case during your stay, please inform our staff at reception.

19. If you have any problems during your stay, please let us know straight away so we can rectify the situation.

20. There is an activity board in reception for the Playground Bar which hosts numerous activities after 9pm. Get involved from 9pm every night for the chance to win free stuff, make friends and make memories.

21. Please hang the bed tag given to you at reception from your chosen bunk. This way, we can ensure no one will steal your bed - by accident or purposely. The locker you should use should match the name of your bed.

22. Abandoned items left in the hostel will be disposed of after 2 weeks so get in touch with us if you have forgotten something and plan to return.

23. Pak Up Hostel does not accept any liability whatsoever for the loss, theft or damage to your belongings while within our premises. Please use under bed lockers provided in the dorm rooms and padlock them. You cannot, under any circumstances, bring drugs or weapons of any kind into the hostel. Police will be informed accordingly of any violations.
